Hi from Seattle! Just thought I'd drop a quick hello! Courtney and I are currently in Seattle waiting for our flight to Salt Lake City! I told the customs guy I was going to a blogging conference and he looked at me like I was a bit nuts...I'm verrrry excited but I'm also verrrry excited to have some SLC adventures with Courtney!

So it looks like A LOT of us are struggling with seasonal allergies this year. 🤧🤧🤧
Here are the remedies you suggested:
-eat raw, local honey 🍯 (must be within 15-20km of your home)
-diffuse lemon, lavender + peppermint
-keep windows closed
-kid&

Sweet baby Leo is T H R E E M O N T H S today! Weighing 13lbs 5oz, he’s almost doubled his birth weight...can’t believe he was so little 😭💙 I got a little giggle out of him yesterday 🥰 He was sleeping great with one 7-9 hour stretch
