YOUR FAVOURITE POSTS FROM 2016

And just like that we are days away from 2017. DAAAAAAYS away! I always take the last few days of a year and reflect on the year....what did I learn? What challenged me? What will I do differently for 2017?

Obviously, this year has been one for the books...my most challenging yet most rewarding year yet but I still believe that the best is yet to come. So much to look forward to in 2017!!

But before looking forward, let's look back on YOUR favourite posts from 2016. Thank you again for following this blog and HUGE thanks to all of you who completed the reader survey I posted yesterday...it really is such helpful insight!!! And if you haven't taken it, please fill it out (it will take you less than five minutes!)

I had a whole lot of fun documenting my pregnancy on the blog! Click here to see all the pregnancy posts.

4. LIIRA FAMILY PHOTO SESSION

This summer we had family photos done with James' family. I adore the photos and can't believe how much Luca has changed since then!!!

3. LUCA'S BIRTH STORY

Luca's birth story was the third most popular post this year. Ahhh man, so many emotions overtake me when I think back on birthing my little lion. One of the greatest accomplishments of my life that I am so so so proud of. The human body is INSANE!

2. OUR PREGNANCY STORY

I was so excited to share our pregnancy story. It was a miracle from the get go and intertwines with my sister's miracle baby as well! God is so amazing.

1. WHERE THE WILD THINGS ARE BABY SHOWER

And the number one post of 2016 is (thanks to Pinterest) is my Where the Wild Things are Baby Shower!! My friends planned me the most amazing baby shower and my invite went a bit viral on pinterest, ha.

Awe man, what a year. Yes, it was very much baby centric but obviously that was (and is) a huge part of my life! But I'm very excited for 2017...God's stirring a lot of things in my heart and I'm trusting him to find the grace for being a mama AND also a woman of God...thankful that he has me covered!!

XO,
laura
