GETTING SETTLED
So I’m all moved into the new home….yipeeeeee!
I seriously love this place. Like…really, really love this place.
It’s located right near Beacon Hill Park & Cook Street Village (Both a 2 minute walk away!!)
My absolute favourite part is the lovely deck (which is quite large) that’s off the bedroom.
It also has a view of the park!!
So I’ve been unpacking & setting up like a mad woman. Can’t believe MY HUSBAND will be moving in, in 17 days!!! The bedroom is covered with all my clothes. I’ve already taken up the entire closet…oh my. I’m currently sleeping on the hide-a-bed in the living room until we can purchase a bed!
We have been absolutely blessed by loved ones. SERIOUSLY, INCREDIBLY BLESSED!! We basically have a full stocked kitchen thanks to our amazing family & friends!
My momma fulfilled a HUGE HUGE dream of mine by giving us a KITCHENAID MIXER!!!! OMGEEEE!!!!! I screamed very loudly when I found out. And it’s mint green :) Can’t wait to bake up some fall goodies next month! THANKS MUM!!!
And the Espresso Machine beside it made me scream as well! ha. Huge blessing from my good friend Alyssa and her lovely family. THANK YOU GUYS!!!
Tonight I’m having some girls over for a crafterevening! wooohooo, it seems like the next 17 days will be filled with these..but man, oh man, am I ever excited to marry James.
Last night we had a date night and it was incredible. Can’t believe I get to do life with this amazing man…I’m seriously the luckiest girl on the planet :)
One of the hardest things is saying goodnight to him & seeing him drive off! Can’t believe in SEVENTEEN days that’ll be no more…!!!!!
Until then I have this roommate to keep me company..

Saw this last night….WOW.
Out of all the super hero movies, Batman has always been my fave.
Heart was suffering a minor attack the WHOLE TIME. I couldn’t stop gripping James’ hand. But ahhhhh, SO AMAZING.

Eeeeeeeeeeeeeek, I am beyond EXCITED!
Here is the schedule…
Yep, for one full week we will be soaking the rays in Mexico at this resort.
And then we’ll be heading to LA for some shopping (yipeeeee!), California Adventure then DISNEYLAND…my heart has been longing for Disneyland since I left it there in April 2011.
I AM SOOOOO EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
+ other exciting news..I MOVE INTO OUR PLACE TONIGHT! Yesterday we got the keys and seriously, it’s unreal. I’ll post a video home tour soon! I’m dreaming of dinner parties, hosting connect group, painting a chalkboard wall, decorating our first Christmas tree… but until then I’ll be hosting numerous wedding craft nights..ha.
Life is just so full right now…and i love it!

THE GREATEST
So I have some pretty rad friends.
Like really, really, really, really, really rad friends.
A bunch of them got together and blessed my socks off at my bridal shower! (I seriously got SO BLESSED that night by sooo many. Thank you x a billion to everyone that came out!!!!)
But this gift in particular was…. A MARC JACOBS BAG!!!!!!!! yeah, I told you my friends were rad.
It arrived today :)
It’s perfect for my wedding day clutch & honeymoon bag (BOOKED TODAY! Will give you the deets tomorrow!!)

ONE MONTH
31 days.
One month.
ONE MONTH UNTIL I GET MARRIED.
31 days until I’m his wife….
Our engagement has flown by. It felt like eternity at the beginning. Even two months to go felt further than I could imagine. But 31 days. That is within grasp….and I could not be more excited.
I catch myself smiling all the time. James is the most incredible man I know. He is everything I dreamed of and more. I am in awe of God’s incredible grace. I know God is good and gives good gifts but this good? God knew every intricate detail about my soul and has found the one who will take care of the parts that are tender, who will challenge the parts that are stubborn, and who will love the parts that are lonely.
My heart is full. I have found the one whom my soul loves.
I’m currently at Imadene speaking to teen girls about God’s great love for them. It’s an honour & a privilege.
It’s also a sacrifice. I miss James like crazy and he misses me.
But praise the Lord, one sweet, beautiful, precious girl accepted Christ as her Savior last night. And it’s only Tuesday…praying for many, many more salvations!
